A total of 44 Preti Flaherty attorneys have been named to Best Lawyers in America 2024, including five “Ones to Watch” and one “Lawyer of the Year.”
Inclusion in Best Lawyers in America is considered a high honor because nominations are based on an intensive peer-review survey in which more than 25,000 attorneys throughout the United States cast nearly 2 million votes. “Lawyer of the Year” honorees represent attorneys with the highest overall peer feedback for a specific practice area and geographic region. Only one attorney is recognized as the “Lawyer of the Year” for each specialty and location, according to a news release from Preti Flaherty.

Bruce C. Gerrity – administrative/regulatory law; franchise law;

James C. Pitney Jr. – public finance law.
