Elm City Bridge Club
Finishing first at the Elm City Bridge Club in Waterville Aug. 1 were Ken Harvey and Diane Bishop. Second went to Ed and Joyce Rushton, and third to Wilma Pouliot and Janine Prewitt.
Games are played at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Waterville Elks Lodge, 76 Industrial St. New players are welcome.

Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Club
The Capitol City Duplicate Bridge Clubs winners for July 26 were Fred Letourneau and Sharron Hinckley. Dennis Purington and Maureen Brochu placed second, and Jean Bird and Jane Elliot placed third.
The winners for July 27 were Harvey and Peter Dickson. Fred and Lorrie Letourneau placed second.
The games are played at noon Wednesdays and 6 p.m. Thursdays at the East Winthrop Baptist Church, 55 Old Village Road.
Participants should bring a partner. Those who want to play but need a partner can call director Paul Mitnik at 207-313-2648 at least two days in advance of the scheduled games.
