ARREST

IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 2:58 p.m., Scott Bridgham, 34, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, elevated by a prior conviction, and operating while his license was suspended or revoked after a reported 911 hangup from a Western Avenue caller.
