FAIRFIELD — Lawrence High School has announced its top 10 seniors for the class of 2018, listed alphabetically.
Kathleen Cobb, of Fairfield, is the daughter of Martha and Billy Cobb. While at Lawrence High School she has been involved in the math team, history club and Pride Club. She also is a member of the National Honor Society and a class officer. She played field hockey for four years and was co-captain her senior season.
Cobb plans are to attend the University of Maine at Farmington to further her studies in secondary education with a concentration in social studies.
Harley Dixon, of Albion, is the daughter of Jennifer and Gary Dixon Jr. She has been involved in the Civil Rights Team, National Honor Society as the president, math team, soccer and lacrosse.
Dixon plans are to attend the University of Maine to further her studies in civil/environmental engineering.
Molly Folsom, of Fairfield, is the daughter of Rae and David Folsom. She has been involved in varsity field hockey all four years, varsity basketball all four years, varsity softball for three years, and was captain senior year for each team. Folsom is a member of the National Honor Society and is a homeroom buddy. She also volunteered to tutor at Benton and Clinton elementary schools in the classroom as well as volunteering at youth PAL sporting events.
Folsom plans to attend the University of Maine at Farmington to study biology/pre-med.
Harley Grover, of Fairfield, is the daughter of James and Selena Grover. She has been involved in soccer, indoor and outdoor track, math team, National Honor Society, Renaissance, and been a student officer.
Grover plans to attend the University of Maine at Farmington to study secondary education of mathematics.
Abigail Higgins, of Albion, is the daughter of Adam and Melissa Higgins. She has been involved in math team, National Honor Society and history club.
Higgins plans to attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute to study mechanical engineering.
Naquela Knox, of Winslow, is the daughter of Heather and Bernard Robinson, of Winslow, Brandon J. Knox, of Fairfield, and Jamie Kulinski, of Yuma, Arizona. She has been involved in cheerleading, math team and Upward Bound.
Knox plans to attend Saint Joseph’s College of Maine to study in biology and mathematics.
Sidney Knox, of Benton, is the daughter of Steve and Kelley Knox. She has been involved in National Honor Society, Renaissance Committee, softball, Pride Club and class secretary.
Knox plans to attend the University of New England to study medical biology with a pre-med track.
Hannah Walsh, of Fairfield, is the daughter of Annette and John Walsh. She has been involved in soccer, captain; track (indoor and outdoor), captain; Pride Club, Student Senate, National Honor Society, Renaissance and homeroom buddies.
Walsh plans to attend Brandeis University to study biochemistry for the pre-med track.
Sierra Weston, of Winthrop, is the daughter of Angela and Jeff Weston. She has been involved in Pride, National Honor Society, treasurer, senior year; and history club. She also participated in cross country, captain junior and senior year; swim, captain sophomore year; and lacrosse, captain senior year.
Weston plans to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Samantha Wilson, of Fairfield, is the daughter of Heather and Daniel Wilson. She has been involved in National Honor Society, Pride Club, cross country, indoor track, math team and history club.
Wilson plans to attend the University of Maine at Orono to study psychiatry.
