WINTHROP — Maine State Police are investigating two deaths in the town of Winthrop Monday morning, according to WCSH.

Public Safety Department spokesman Steve McCausland tells WCSH that two bodies were found inside a home on Pine Knoll Road overnight. State police and Winthrop police are investigating.

Winthrop police received a call about the incident around 2 a.m. and arrived at the home shortly after. The State Police Major Crimes Unit is on the scene, according to WCSH.
