IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 3:43 p.m., Kelby Hampson, 20, of 77 Clinton Avenue, Winslow, arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and a probation hold, on Colby Street.
Wednesday at 1:12 a.m., Brittany Parmenter, 23, of 27 Summer St., arrested on charges of assault, obstructing government administration and refusing to submit to arrest, on Temple Street.
1:20 a.m., Nicole Seitz-Bussey, 27, of 68 Summer St., Apt. 2, arrested on a charge of obstructing a public way, on Temple Street.
1:30 a.m., Jake Dumais, 25, of 35 Spruce St., Apt. 2, arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, on Main Street.
Also Wednesday, no time given, Rodney Hall, 30, of 52 North Avenue, Skowhegan, arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, on Main Street.
