Fairfield residents elect incumbent to Town Council, newcomers to school board, water district
Residents elected incumbent Town Councilor Mark Cooper, 55, to serve a three-year term. Cooper was appointed in August after former Councilor Courtney Chandler resigned in July due to scheduling conflicts.
