Gardiner moves ahead with city manager search

Elected officials say they are looking for someone who can carry out the community’s vision.

Terry Berry and Ed Raws have bought the Water Street properties to redevelop them.

The leadership gift is expected to spur other donations to complete the $4.6 million project and will be paid when construction contracts are signed.

In addition to weighing in on the delayed construction project, city councilors will get their first look at the fiscal year 2018 budget.

The request would be a leadership gift to leverage other fundraising gifts.
