Gardiner officials to fill 2 vacancies after city council, school board resignations

The Gardiner City Council is seeking letters of interest from anyone interested in filling vacancies after District 4 City Councilor Marc Rines and Gardiner-area school board member Matthew Marshall resigned before the end of their terms.
