Man sought in Waterville murder in December returns to Maine
Spridal Hubiak, 20, who was wanted on a charge of murder in connection with the December killing of Angela Bragg in Waterville, was arraigned Friday at the Capital Judicial Center in Augusta after being extradited from Arkansas, where he was injured while being captured on New Year’s Eve.
