Kennebec County Sheriff investigating driver in Clinton tractor-trailer roll over
Around 6 a.m. Tuesday, Chris Smith, 50, of Houlton, was traveling on the Hinckley Road in Clinton when police say he failed to make a sharp corner and rolled the tractor-trailer he was driving onto its side.
