There was no lack of umbrellas in downtown Waterville on Thursday as Margy Burns Knight and her husband Steve walked with one past the tree filled with nearly 100 red and orange umbrellas in the pouring rain. The umbrellas are dangling from a tree in Castonguay Square to help celebrate the visual and performing arts in the city and usher in the opening this week of both a poetry exhibit at Common Street Arts and the musical "Mary Poppins" at the Waterville Opera House.
