Q.  Who is eligible for free access?

A.  All visitors who do not currently have a subscription to our newspapers or websites may share their email address for free access during election week from Feb 13 – March 1.  You can opt-in here.

Q.  What if I don’t want to Sign-in for Free Access right now?

A.  You can select the Hide button and the offer will be collapsed but still available on our homepage, news section front, elections section front and politics section front.

Q.  What if I am already a subscriber?

A.  Once you login to the website, this offer will not be visible to you.  Sign in here.  If you haven’t connected your subscription for digital access yet, you can do so here.

Q.  Why are you interested in my email address?

A.  As we expand the digital channels through which our journalism is available, email is the best way to keep you informed of our products and services.  By sharing your email with us, you will automatically agree to our terms of use.  You can opt-out of our list at any time.

Q.  What if I don’t want to give you my email address?

A.  We respect that decision.  All you need to do is select the No, Thank You button and the offer will go away and our regular counter will be in place.  You can read 10 articles for free each month before we require a subscription.
