HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL: Oak Hill beats Lisbon in regular-season finale
WALES — Its offense already having a terrific game running the ball, the Oak Hill High School football team finished off its victory over Lisbon with a dominant drive that lasted over seven minutes. The Raiders not only capped their 33-14 victory with that 14-play, 70-yard drive, they may have wrapped up the No. 2 seed in the Western D regional tournament.

The Maranacook boys and girls teams won the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B titles Saturday morning at Cony High School.

HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY: Mt. Blue’s Horne pulls away to win KVAC A title
Josh Horne pulled away, winning the Class A title in a time of 17 minutes, 5.2 seconds. Caleb Lord nipped Aaron Willingham down the stretch (17:07.1-17:07.8) to finish second.
