MADISON — Bridgeway scored six runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to take a 6-5 victory over Mountain Valley in a Mountain Valley Conference baseball game Wednesday.

Dylan Willette drove in a pair of runs for the Bandits (11-5). Zach Belanger and Sean Whalen each hit two singles for Bridgeway.

Jacob Blanchard and Will Bean each doubled for the Falcons (11-5).

SPRUCE MOUNTAIN 8, MT. ABRAM 6: The Phoenix scored a pair of runs in the top of the seventh inning to take the MVC win.

Brett Hunt had three hits for Spruce Mountain (9-7), including a double, and drove in two runs.

Nate Luce tripled for Mt. Abram (6-10), while Ben Tobias drove in three runs for the Roadrunners.

BOYS LACROSSE

MESSALONSKEE 16, BANGOR 5: Dawson Charles scored five goals to lead the Eagles to a win over the Rams in Oakland.

Alden Balboni scored four goals, while Austin Pelletier had two goals for Messalonskee (7-5). C.J. Reardon had seven saves.

Jacob Henry and Johhny Lyon each scored goals for Bangor (9-3).

GIRLS LACROSSE

CONY 11, MORSE 10: Sarah Caron scored three goals, including the game-winner, to lead the Rams to the win in Augusta.

Faith Leathers-Pouliot added two goals and an assist and Sydney Avery had two goals for Cony (7-5). Tammy Osborne, Lauren Coniff and Kami Lambert had a goal apiece. Sarah Cook-Wheeler made five saves.

Emily Martin scored a game-high five goals for Morse (5-7). Abby Sreden and Zenaide McCarthy combined to make nine saves.
