Saturday at 1:01 a.m., police made an arrest after a traffic stop on the Concourse.

ARREST

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 1:11 a.m., Daniel Ciforelli, 30, of Belgrade, was arrested on the Concourse and charged with criminal operating under the influence, operating after suspension with a prior, and on a warrant.
