The Kennebec Valley YMCA’s Fourth annual Capital Y Triathlon was held May 28.

This triathlon consisted of a 425-yard swim in the competition pool, an 11-mile bike ride along the Kennebec River Rail Trail through Augusta, Hallowell, Farmingdale and back to the Augusta YMCA campus, and finishes with a 3.1 mile run along the Kennebec River Rail Trail to Maine Housing Authority, and back through Capitol Park ending at the Augusta YMCA campus.
