ARRESTS
IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 1 a.m., Walter Curtis, 20, listed as transient, was arrested on a warrant on Main Street.
IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 12:39 p.m., Jeffrey Scott Witham, 43, of 19 Taylor Crescent, Sidney, was arrested on Church Street on charges of burglary, assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, terrorizing, sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 10:51 p.m., Ryan Mark Owen, 27, of 7 Baker St., was arrested on three arrest warrants on Ticonic Bridge.
