Students graduate from Colby College
WATERVILLE — Six local students have graduated with bachelor’s degrees from Colby College in Waterville.
They are Brian D. Doolittle, of Belgrade, son of Tom and Leslie Doolittle of Belgrade, who majored in physics; Joseph D. Harwood, of Augusta, son of William and Linda Harwood of Augusta, who majored in computer science; Stephen C. Morse of South China, son of Catherine Proulx of South China, who majored in mathematics; Samuel J. Poulin of Readfield, son of David and Lisa Poulin of Readfield, who majored in psychology and economics; Benjamin H. Timm of Mount Vernon, son of Elizabeth Hays of Mount Vernon and Jeffrey Timm of Manchester, who majored in biology with a concentration in ecology and evolution; and Natalie M. Tortorella of Manchester, daughter of James Tortorella of Stratham, N.H., and Anne Vallee-Lachance of Manchester, who majored in human development (independent).
Quinnipiac University announces dean’s list
HAMDEN, Conn. — Bethany Elwell of Augusta, Maine, and Carly Rose, of Randolph, Maine, were named to the dean’s list at Quinnipiac University for the spring 2014 semester.

HARTFORD, Conn. — Anastasia Zajchowski of Gardiner, Maine, and James Watts of Manchester, Maine, were named to the spring 2014 semester dean’s list at the University of Hartford.
Local students receive dean’s list honors
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Five local students have been named to the dean’s list for spring 2013-14 semester at Rochester Institute of Technology.
They are Zachary Allen of Monmouth, Maine, who is in the electrical engineering program in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering; Benjamin Collins of Oakland, Maine, who is in the computer science program in the B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences; Brian Nugent of Monmouth, Maine, who is in the game design and development program in the B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences; Mallory Rauch of Palermo, Maine, who is in the biomedical engineering program in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering; and Jason Skrien of Manchester, Maine, who is in the computer engineering program in the Kate Gleason College of Engineering.
Sirois receives bachelor’s degree
Cazenovia, N.Y. — Molly Ann Sirois, of Randolph, Maine, received a bachelor’s degree in human services from Cazenovia College.

KINGSTON, R.I. — Two local students have received degrees from the University of Rhode Island.
John Garrity of China, Maine, received a bachelor’s degree in plant sciences, and Kayla Duquette of North Monmouth, Maine, received a doctor of pharmacy, Pharm.D.

PLYMOUTH, N.H. — Four local students received degrees from Plymouth State University.
They are Kaitlyn Deering of Sidney, Maine, who received a bachelor’s degree in athletic training; Bailey Hannum of Winthrop, Maine, who received a bachelor’s degree in art education (kindergarten-12th grade); Morgan Riley of Richmond, Maine, who received a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice; and Julia Silvia of Washington, Maine, who received a bachelor’s degree in social work.
Ouellette graduates, receives degree
MILWAUKEE, Wisc. — Daniel Ouellette, of Richmond, Maine, graduated from Marquette University with a doctor of physical therapy.
