AUGUSTA — Jamie Plummer scored a game-high 21 points and the Richmond girls basketball team beat Rangeley 46-33 to win its second straight Western D regional title, on Saturday.
 

No. 1 Richmond improves to 19-1 and advances to play Eastern champion Washburn in the state title game at 1:05 p.m. Saturday, March 3 at the Augusta Civic Center. No. 2 Rangeley ends the season 18-3.

The Bobcats outscored the Lakers 16-3 in the second quarter to pull away.

Danica Hurley added 12 points for Richmond.

Emily Carrier had 11 points for Rangeley.
