NEW LONDON, N.H. — Bailey Bourque, of Gardiner, has been inducted into the Colby-Sawyer’s chapter of Sigma’s Nursing Honor Society, Psi Sigma.

Sigma’s mission is advancing world health and celebrating nursing excellence in scholarship, leadership and service.

To be inducted, students must be in a baccalaureate program, have a grade point average of 3.0, rank in the top 35 percent of their graduating class, meet the expectation of academic integrity and obtain faculty endorsements. Only individuals who have obtained a baccalaureate degree and have made a significant contribution to the nursing profession can be inducted as Nurse Leaders.
