MADISON — Ashtyn Abbott scored a game-high 29 points to go along with eight rebounds as the Hall-Dale boys basketball team sank Madison 77-50 in a Mountain Valley Conference game Tuesday night.
Alec Byron scored 19 points and grabbed six rebounds for the Bulldogs (14-1).
Thomas Dean scored 15 points and Jacob Meader added 12 for the Bulldogs (6-9).
MESSALONSKEE 58, NOKOMIS 42: Tucker Charles scored 16 points and Matthew Parent added 13 as the Eagles rolled to the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A victory in Newport.
Mason Violette scored nine points and grabbed 12 rebounds for Messalonskee (8-6).
Jayden Brooks scored 12 points to lead Nokomis (1-15).
OAK HILL 73, TELSTAR 22: Four players scored in double digits as the Raiders rolled to the MVC victory in Bethel.
Gabe Samson had 13 points while Ausborn Boston added 11. Gavin Rawstron and Liam Rodrigue each had 10 points for the Raiders (5-10).
Colby Marriott and Brayden Stevens each scored 10 points for the Raiders (1-14).
MCI 53, ERSKINE 40: Gavin McArthur scored 14 points to lead the Huskies to the KVAC win in South China.
Daniel Garamvolgyi added 10 points for MCI (11-4).
Caden Turcotte scored a game-high 18 points for the Eagles (10-6) while Braden Soule and Austin Dunn scored eight apiece.
WINTHROP 65, MT. ABRAM 35: Cam Wood scored a game-high 22 points to lead the Ramblers to the MVC win in Salem.
Jared McLaughlin added 11 points for Winthrop (14-1).
Kenyon Pillsbury and Hunter Warren each scored 10 points for Mt. Abram (5-10).
MARANACOOK 76, MORSE 55: The Black Bears (13-2) used a 30-8 second quarter, paced by three 3-pointers from Tim Worcester, to break open the contest they led 18-11 after one quarter and pulled away from the Shipbuilders (3-12) in Bath.
Cash McClure led the way for Maranacook with 17 points, including four baskets from behind the arc, Mitch Root chipped with 14 points, while Duncan Rogers added 12.
Gabe Aucoin was the leading scorer for Morse with 17 points.
SKOWHEGAN 56, WINSLOW 52: Marcus Christopher scored 27 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead the Indians to a KVAC victory over the Black Raiders in Skowhegan.
Jimmy Reed added nine points for Skowhegan (6-9).
Colby Pomeroy led Winslow (7-8) with 22 points, while Justin LaFlamme added 16 points.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
GARDINER 61, CONY 45: The Tigers jumped out to a 31-16 halftime lead and never looked back on their way to the KVAC A win in Gardiner.
Aimee Adams led the offense with 20 points and 11 rebounds for Gardiner (10-5) while Bailey Poore added 12 points and 13 rebounds and Jaycie Stevens had 18 points and four steals.
Cony (0-15) was led by Alyssa Redman with 14 points.
WINTHROP 53, MT. ABRAM 39: Maddie Perkins and Aaliyah WilsonFalcone each had 11 points to lead Winthrop.
Kaylee Knight led Mt. Abram (5-10) with 17 points, with Summer Ross and Ashlyn Sorel each scoring nine points.
MCI 43, ERSKINE 29: Sydney Farrar scored 19 points and MCI (8-7) used a big third quarter to pull away from Erskine in a KVAC game in Pittsfield.
Alyssa Savage scored eight points to lead Erskine (8-8).
MESSALONSKEE 55, NOKOMIS 50: Gabrielle Wener posted a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds as the Eagles edged the Warriors in Oakland.
Kaitlin Seeks grabbed 10 rebounds for Messalonskee (7-7), which trailed 43-41 entering the fourth quarter.
Gabrielle Lord scored a game-high 21 points for Nokomis (2-14).
LAWRENCE 64, MT. BLUE 48: Savannah Weston and Sarah Poli each scored eight points in the final quarter as the Bulldogs pulled away for the KVAC A win in Fairfield.
Keagan Alley led the offense with 15 points for Lawrence (11-4) while Poli finished with 14 points, Brooklynn Lambert added 13 and Megan Curtis chipped in 10.
Mt. Blue (6-9) was led by Lexi Mittelstadt with 30 points, including 10 for 12 from the free throw line.

MARANACOOK 60, MORSE 38: Grace Despres scored 14 points and had four rebounds to lead the Black Bears to a win over the Shipbuilders in Readfield.
Anna Drillen scored 14 points, while Gabrielle Green scored 10 points and had four rebounds for Maranacook (8-7).
Kaylee Garland and Julia Goddard each scored seven points for Morse (0-15).
UNIFIED BASKETBALL
LISBON 34, OAK HILL 29: Michael Farrington led Lisbon with 10 points and Dawson Martel chipped in six to lead balanced Lisbon (1-0), which had nine players score.
Marcel Trepanier led all scorers with 18 points for the Raiders (0-1) while Thomas Grayson had eight points.
Ethan Richard finished with three points for Oak Hill.
