Thank you to the Madores! Attending the basketball camp at the Augusta Civic Center run by Ryan and Jamie Madore, along with all their talented help, is a refreshing and enjoyable experience. These young players are learning basketball skills and valuable lessons on life and one can sense the love for the players and the game of basketball that is being imparted by all involved.

One coach gave an impressive talk on attitude and respect for referees. I hope all the players and everyone in attendance will always remember his words. Attitude and respect is something that should be taught in every classroom in our country.

Hey, want to find out, “Why there are more horses asses in this world than there are horses?” Just attend any sporting event to get the answer to that one. The behavior of these loud mouths is disgusting and embarrassing to the players. These people need to be escorted out immediately. There should also be a “Horses ass of the week list” published in the paper and on social media with their name on it for all to see.

In closing again I want to thank Ryan, Jamie and your entire crew for your dedication and love that you show for those that you teach. God bless you all.
