HALLOWELL — Hall-Dale Elementary recently earned the Recognized ASCA Model Program designation.
The RAMP designation recognizes schools committed to delivering a data-informed school counseling program in accordance with The ASCA National Model: A Framework for School Counseling Programs, according to a news release from Deirdra Hawkes, ASCA director of programs and advocacy.
The school is scheduled to be honored during a ceremony at the American School Counselor Association’s Annual Conference on Monday, July 17 in Atlanta, Georgia.
This year, with an acceptance rate of 63%, Hall-Dale Elementary is one of 101 schools in 21 states who received this national recognition.
Since the program’s inception, nearly 1,300 schools have been designated as RAMP recipients.
The RAMP designation is valid for five years (through the 2027-28 school year).
