Pineland Suzuki School students ages 4 to 18 plan to perform movie music, fiddle tunes, classical pieces and folksongs at 2 p.m. Sunday March 19, in Williamson Performing Arts Center at Lawrence High School at 9 School St. in Fairfield. Free admission, donations accepted.

Violin, viola and cello students of the school will skillfully demonstrate the highly successful Suzuki Method with music from movies such as “Schindler’s List,” “Encanto,” and “Pirates of the Caribbean.” Join previous audience members in experiencing an afternoon of something “extraordinary,” “absolutely beautiful and such a comfort” “breathtakingly joyful,” “uplifting” and “inspiring,” according to a news release from Betsy Kobayashi, school director.

Donations will be accepted, proceeds will go towards scholarships and keeping the program accessible and affordable for all.
