WATERVILLE — The Concourse and downtown must be kept clear of parking from midnight to 6 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, to allow for snow cleanup by the city’s Public Works Department.

Overnight parking is permitted at the Head of Falls Municipal Parking Lot, 51 Front St.
