One area differentiates Joe Pietroski from his opponent: preparation and planning. In running for Kennebec County commissioner, Joe has attended commissioner meetings and budget meetings over a number of years, he has asked questions and made proposals, and he has spoken about county government’s impact on property taxes throughout District 2.

His campaign has included comprehensive proposals that he would champion as our county commissioner, including enhancing our “Right to Know” by requiring Zoom for all meetings and keeping an accessible library of meeting tapes. He has proposed consideration of multiple cost savings methods to control spending. And he supports the immediate expansion of sheriff deputy patrols to increase county coverage and control crime.
