Ricky Sirois

WISCASSETT – Ricky Sirois, 56, died unexpectedly at his home in Wiscassett on July 12, 2022. He was born Dec. 28, 1965.

Those of you who knew Ricky, knew what a funny, generous and loving guy he could be to others. Unfortunately, like many of us, he had his challenges. One that he would not overcome would be his addiction. After being sober for a few months, sadly he relapsed in early July and passed away.

Ricky is survived by his mother, Joan Caswell of Farmingdale; two brothers, Randy and Richard, of Cape Elizabeth and Boston; his stepbrother, Richard Bey, and his daughter, Nicole Rines (wife of Justin), her son (Ricky’s grandson) Chase; and several nephews, nieces and friends.

Ricky was predeceased by his sister, Bobbi Lynn Poland of Whitefield, his stepfather, Robert Caswell of Pittston; and his grandmother, Marjorie Sirois of South Gardiner.

A celebration of life, freedom and remembrance for Ricky will be held on Saturday, August 6 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Viles Arboretum, 153 Hospital Street, Augusta.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that friends and family make a donation in memory of Ricky to:
