Charlotte Warren is running for county commissioner and I am writing to urge all Democrats in Kennebec County District 2 to vote for her. District 2 includes Farmingdale, Fayette, Gardiner, Hallowell, Litchfield, Monmouth, Mount Vernon, Pittston, Randolph, Readfield, Vienna, Wayne, West Gardiner, and Winthrop.

One of the biggest responsibilities of a county commissioner is to craft fiscally responsible budgets. Charlotte Warren has the expertise for this task. Charlotte has served as an elected official in central Maine for over two decades — that’s a lot of budgets. She will make sure the process is transparent and fair. I know this because I lived in Hallowell when she served as a city councilor and mayor.

I trust Charlotte Warren and I appreciate her budget expertise and experience of bringing people together. I am asking all Democrats to join me in voting Charlotte Warren for county commissioner on June 14.
