The hallmark of an outstanding public official is how well they connect with their constituents and how they reflect the views and the priorities of the people they represent.

For nearly two decades, as a city councilor, mayor and state representative, Charlotte Warren has made listening to the people of southern Kennebec County the core of her public service.
