Weekly stand-up comedy continues this weekend with two live shows from the basement stage presented by The River Comics at Craft Brew Underground in Auburn.

The popular 6×10 Show featuring six stand-up comics doing 10 minutes each for your generous pay-what-you-can tips begins at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 10. This week’s lineup of comics from near and far includes host Connor McGrath, twice voted Maine’s Best Comic by the Portland Phoenix, and along with him five of the region’s funniest comics, Ramses Rafael, Leah Douglass, Mohamed Awale, Julie Nye, and Ian MacDonald for your entertainment.

Another installment of the only weekly comedy show in the area starts at 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 11. The show features Lewiston’s own Nic Dufault, New Hampshire funny lady and comedy promoter, Mona Forgione, and making his return to the Craft Brew Underground stage, owner and operator of Maine Event Comedy and the Bricks and Bridges Comedy Festival, co-host of The Breakfast Club on WIGY radio, headliner Mark Turcotte.
