Regarding the nomination to the Supreme Court, for those who feel that specifically selecting a black woman is unfair.

For several hundred years, it was not fair that white men got the job, regardless, even if many women and people of color being qualified. Look at the current court, with Thomas, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Barrett; if that is the best that we can do, that is sad.

There are much better candidates by far. Until it is fair and representative, the court will be a sham.
