Mad Horse Theater Company presents a show penned by Allison McCall and inspired by “Alice in Wonderland.” “Waiting for Alice” delves into the many rituals of Carroll’s original Wonderland and borrows from Samuel Beckett’s “Waiting for Godot,” making for an absurdist, surreal play featuring an ensemble cast of characters. It’s not recommended for audiences under 12, as themes of grief and mental health are prevalent.
