WATERVILLE — The Bourque-Lanigan American Legion Post 5 plans to hold a Veterans Day ceremony at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 11, at Veterans Memorial Park on Park Street. All are invited.

David Rogers, a longtime member of Post 5, an Air Force veteran and longtime resident of Waterville, will be the guest speaker.

Because of COVID-19, safety concerns and construction on Main Street, Post 5 will not hold a parade this year.
