FARMINGDALE — Lily Platt and Hayden Madore each scored goals to lift the Hall-Dale girls soccer team over Monmouth/Winthrop 2-0 in a Mountain Valley Conference game Thursday.
Iris Ireland assisted on both goals for Hall-Dale.
Monmouth/Winthrop goalie June Foyt had 15 saves.

MARANACOOK 8, GARDINER 3: Emily Harper scored three goals as the Black Bears improved to 5-0.
Ella Delisle added two scores for Maranacook, while Addie Watson, Grace Dwyer and Natalie Mohlar also scored. Mohlar added three assists while Anna Erb had one.
Taylor Takatsu scored three goals for Gardiner (2-3).

WINSLOW 3, BELFAST 2: Kyri Meak scored two goals to lead the Black Raiders to a win over the Lions in Winslow.
Audrey Dolley added a goal for Winslow (2-1-0).
Natalie Hamlin scored two goals for Belfast (0-2-0).

MT. ABRAM 13, DIRIGO 1: Charlotte Mitchell scored a hat trick for the Roadrunners (1-0) in the win over the Cougars (0-3) in Dixfield.
Lily Day and Daisey Gusler each had two goals for Mt. Abram. Brynna Zelie, Julia Wells, Savannah Davis, Sydney Sillanpaa, MacKenzie Conteras and Baylea Haines each had one goal. Emily Kidd stopped two shots to earn the win in goal.
Savannah Williams scored the lone goal for Dirigo, with Destiny Jackson recording the assist. Lauretta Woodhead and Jaycie Holmquist combined for 18 saves for the Cougars.

WAYNFLETE 1, RICHMOND 0: Waynflete keeper Jesse Connors stopped a pair of penalty kicks, and Lucy Hart’s goal nine minutes into the game held up as the Flyers (2-2) shut out the Bobcats (1-2) in Portland.

Averi Baker played well in the midfield and Lizzy Bickford had a great game on defense for Hall-Dale (1-2-2).
Alina Ellis made six saves for Dirigo (4-1-1).
