LIVERMORE FALLS — A resident woken early Saturday by a loud noise found a knife with a brass knuckle handle in a sheath thrown through a window into his residence, police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.
The incident occurred in a mobile home park off Route 17. The knife, which had an 8-inch blade and 5-inch handle, was taken as evidence.
Officer Troy Reed is investigating the incident, which was reported about 12:57 a.m., Steward said.
