SKOWHEGAN — Jaycie Christopher went 3-for-4 with two RBIs and Mariah Whittemore drove in a pair of runs to lead the Skowhegan softball team to a 7-1 win over Hampden in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference game Wednesday afternoon.
Annabelle Morris had two hits for the River Hawks (8-0) as well, while Kiara Warren had a double.
Camryn Neal had two hits for the Broncos.

HALL-DALE 16, WINSLOW 4: Tamey Tibbetts had three hits, including a triple and a double, to lead the Bulldogs in Farmingdale.
Lexi Rideout also tripled for Hall-Dale, while Sarah Brenner had three hits.
Rita Benoit improved to 5-0 in the circle with the victory.
Emma Michaud had two doubles for Winslow.

MONMOUTH 3, OAK HILL 2: Casey Kaplan had three hits to help lead the Mustangs to a win over the Raiders in Wales.
Brooklyn Federico earned the win in the circle for Monmouth (7-1), striking out seven batters and allowing just four hits.
Oak Hill falls to 2-3.

MOUNTAIN VALLEY 9, CARRABEC 4: Gabbie Gallant had a pair of hits including a triple in the Falcons win over the Cobras in Rumford.
Brooke Bennett had three hits for Mountain Valley (2-4) while Ali Legereand and Jaden Boulanger each had two hits. Falcons scored six times in the fifth.
Legere struck out five to pick up the win.
Carrabec (0-3) scored two runs in the top of the third.

OXFORD HILLS 13, CONY 1: Haileigh Sawyer had a home run, a double and a single to lead the Vikings to the win.
Trinity Bedard added a double and a single for Oxford Hills (6-1) while Bella Devivo had two singles.
Cony falls to 1-6.

RICHMOND 12, DIRIGO 11: Izzy Stewart had two doubles to lead the Bobcats to a win over the Cougars in Richmond.
Kara Briand and Jayden Brillant each added doubles for Richmond. Brillant, Breonna Dufresne and Lila Viselli each had two hits for the Bobcats.

SKOWHEGAN 5, HAMPDEN 1: Cam Green pitched into the seventh inning, striking out 10 and allowing just one unearned run, to lead the River Hawks in Skowhegan.
Tyler Annis doubled and drove in two runs while Quintcey McCray had two hits to lead the River Hawks.

HALL-DALE 8, WINSLOW 7: The Bulldogs used a four-run sixth inning to earn the win in Farmingdale.
Sam Sheaffer had a two-run single to tie the game before coming around on an error for the winning run for Hall-Dale. Ben Nathan had two singles for the Bulldogs.
Reid Gagnon had a triple for Winslow while Caden Fitzpatrick and John Day had two singles apiece.

LAWRENCE 4, MARANACOOK 3: The Bulldogs scored a run in the seventh inning to earn the win in Readfield.
Zack Nickerson had two singles for Lawrence (2-3).
Tyler Hreben also had two singles for Maranacook (2-4).

EDWARD LITTLE 11, CONY 6: Caleb Davis scored four goals and had two assists to lift the Red Eddies in Augusta.
Wesley Clements (assist) and Caleb Strout added three goals each, while Tyler Smith had the other tally and an assist. Camden Saltis made 13 saves.
Casey Mills’s three goals and two assists led the Rams (2-5), while Isaac Beloff scored a pair of goals, Nick Geneseo had one, and Elijah Beland made 17 saves.

MT. BLUE 9, ERSKINE ACADEMY 8: McKenzie Berry scored three goals and Eryn Parlin had two goals and four assists to lead the Cougars in South China.
Faith Ballow also scored two goals for Mt. Blue.
Mia Winningham had 14 saves for the Cougars while Annaliese Patterson had nine for Erskine.
Sarah Praul scored seven goals and Grace Hutchins also scored to lead the Eagles.
