DUDLEY, Mass. — Alyssa Smith, of Newcastle,was inducted April 30 into Alpha Phi Sigma, a national honor society for students in criminal justice promoting academic excellence, community service, educational leadership and unity.

Smith is a junior psychology and criminal justice major at Nichols College.
