ARRESTS
IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 8:50 p.m. on Eight Rod Road, Deryck T. Smith, 27, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release after a report of suspicious activity.
IN MANCHESTER, Wednesday at 7:52 p.m. on Western Avenue, Daniel Thomas-Michael Nichols, 33, of Manchester, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
