ARRESTS
IN AUGUSTA, Sunday at 11:32 a.m. on Western Avenue, Joseph H. Everett, 53, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, disorderly conduct and offensive words and gestures.
Monday at 3:14 a.m. on Northern Avenue, Tiffany M. Merrill, 32, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of domestic violence criminal threatening and a probation hold.
IN PITTSTON, on Saturday at 8:40 p.m. on Wiscasset Road, Hilary A. Skinner, 45, of West Gardiner, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.

SUMMONSES
IN AUGUSTA, on Sunday at 3:05 p.m., a summons was served on Route 3 West and West River Road to a 20-year-old West Gardiner man on charges of violating condition of release and operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration greater than 150 days.
3:35 p.m., a summons was issued on Water Street to a 51-year-old Augusta woman on the charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration greater than 150 days.
10:39 p.m., a summons was issued on Western Avenue and Memorial Drive to a 21-year-old Augusta woman for operating a motor vehicle while her license was suspended or revoked.
IN GARDINER, on Friday at 3:23 p.m., a summons was issued on Main Avenue to a 59-year-old West Gardiner woman on the charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in the amount of less than $500.
8 p.m., a summons was issued on Main Avenue to a 37-year-old Gardiner man on the charge of failing to pay fines.
