ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 11:34 a.m., Barry E. Grant Jr., 37, of Augusta, was arrested on Water Street on an outstanding warrant and on a charge of failing to give his correct name, address or date of birth.

IN GARDINER, Wednesday at 7:56 p.m., Brandon Michael Parker, 32, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespassing at 40 Bridge St.

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 11:43 p.m., underage drinking on Mount Vernon Avenue was reported, resulting in two summonses issued on a charge of possession of alcohol or liquor by a minor to a 20-year-old Readfield woman and 17-year-old minor.

IN GARDINER, Wednesday at 8:19 a.m., a 28-year-old Gardiner man was issued a summons on a charge of criminal trespassing at 117 Spring St.

2:55 p.m., a 32-year-old Mount Vernon man was issued a summons on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia at 40 Bridge St.
