ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Thursday at 11:04 a.m., Kayla Marie O’Neil, 25, of Windsor, was arrested on a warrant, during a traffic stop on West River and Old Belgrade roads.

11:35 p.m., Pamela J. Dandiea, 58, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant, on Water Street.

Friday at 2:33 a.m., Lawrence P. Walsh, 57, of North Windham, Connecticut, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, operating a vehicle without a license (resident less than 90 days) and operating under the influence (alcohol), during a traffic stop on Whitten Road and Western Avenue.

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Thursday at 5:50 p.m., two people — Jay Allen Buotte, 56, and Lloyd Everett Bowden, 59, both of Augusta — were each summoned on a charge of criminal trespass, after a city ordinance violation was reported on Water and Chandler streets.
