FAIRFIELD — The Kennebec Montessori School will hold a Non-Violent Communication Workshop from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 3, at the school.

NVC is a method, developed by Marshall Rosenberg, that helps people learn how to communicate needs authentically and build empathy with others. These skills can be used in many different contexts, including parenting. Certified NVC trainer Peggy Smith will present the workshop.

Suggested donation is $10.
