ARRESTS
IN AUGUSTA, Kevin J. Boucher, 54, of Readfield, was arrested during a traffic stop and charged with operating under the influence (alcohol).
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 10:46 p.m., James Eugene Murphy Jr., 60, of Jay, was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force; and driving to endanger.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 12:07 p.m., Shelby T. Skidgell, 31, of Bingham, was arrested and charged with violating conditions of release and failure to appear.
