ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Friday at 10:48 a.m., Shawn Doody, 19, of Pittsfield, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

3:54 p.m., Andrew Newcomb Melcher, 41, of Maine, was arrested on probation hold.

4:55 p.m., Nicole Marie Bizier, 32, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of theft by deception and cruelty to animals.
