Four schools at the 32nd Academic Decathlon Championship earned the right to compete in nationals in April. Scarborough High School scored 38,330 points and regained first place. They will represent Maine at Nationals in Madison, Wisconsin.

Monmouth Academy, Hall-Dale High School and Oak Hill High School will represent Maine in the small, medium and large school virtual online national competition, respectfully.

Team placement: Scarborough High School placed first, Monmouth Academy placed 2nd, Hall-Dale High School placed 3rd, Oak Hill High School placed 4th and Bangor High School placed 5th.

Super Quiz: Scarborough High School, 1st; Hall-Dale High School, 2nd; Monmouth Academy, 3rd; Oak Hill High School, 4th; Bangor High School, 5th.

Medal Top Individuals: Honors gold, Steven Larkin, Cheverus; silver, William Fahy, Hall-Dale; and bronze, Evan Kane, Scarborough.

Scholastic: Gold, Thomas Vachon, Scarborough; silver, Rajakishore Muthyan, Scarborough; bronze, Jeremiah Childs, Oak Hill.

Varsity: Gold, David Flewelling, Scarborough; silver, Anna Schaab, Hall-Dale; bronze, Gerald Boulet, Monmouth.
