BUDGET: Residents attending the Town Meeting approved a budget of $274,053

MAJOR ITEMS REJECTED: None

ATTENDANCE: Town Clerk Cynthia Abbott said 33 people attended the Town Meeting on March 11, and about 55 people voted in the town election on March 10.

CONTESTED ELECTIONS: There were no contested elections on the ballot. However, there were two write-in candidates for a three-year term on the Board of Selectmen challenging incumbent Brian Jones. Jones ended up winning with 36 votes, and write-in candidates Alex Greene received 13 votes and Steve Homes received one vote.
