WATERVILLE — Natasha Haley scored 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as the Rangeley girls basketball team edged Temple 38-37 in a Class D South game Monday night.
Sydney Royce scored six points and also grabbed 10 rebounds for the Lakers (14-3).
Deleyni Carr scored 16 points to lead Temple (13-4).
WINSLOW 80, ERSKINE 32: Paige Trask scored 18 points and Ciara LeClair added 13 points as the Black Raiders won in South China. Heather Kervin scored 11 — including nine from the free throw line — to help lead Winslow (15-2) as well.
Lydia Boucher scored 11 points to lead Erskine (3-14).
MONMOUTH 61, LISBON 35: Abbey Allen had a double-double to lead the Mustangs to the Mountain Valley Conference win in Monmouth.
Allen scored 13 point and had 10 rebounds for Monmouth (15-3). Hannah Anderson added a game-high 19 points and six rebounds.
Giana Russo’s 10 points led Lisbon (9-9).
MOUNTAIN VALLEY 51, MADISON: 43: Ashley Russell scored scored a game-high 19 points to lead the Falcons to the MVC win in Rumford.
Chelsea Allison added nine points, all from beyond the 3-point arc, for Mountain Valley (15-2).
Sydney LeBlanc led Madison (12-5) with 13 points, while Lauren Hay had 12.
BOYS BASKETBALL
RANGELEY 53, TEMPLE 50: Kyle Larochelle scored a game-high 30 points to lead the Lakers to an East/West win in Waterville.
Ricky Thompson added 10 points for Rangeley (7-10).
Joe Xu and Brad Smith each scored 18 points for Temple (8-9).
