AUGUSTA — United Way of Kennebec Valley will host its annual Campaign Wrap-Up event from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 12, at Governor Hill Mansion.

Local businesses, nonprofit agencies, board members and other community partners are welcome to help celebrate UWKV’s success in raising funds to support United Way’s partner programs throughout 2017.

This free celebration will include recognition of businesses and volunteers who were instrumental to this fundraising cycle, with Campaign Co-Chairpersons Scott and Laura Fossett presenting select businesses with the Community Partner Award.

A variety of local restaurants will donate food for this event, and Bill Tozier will perform music.

Attendees are encouraged to bring nonperishable foods and personal care items, which will be donated to local food banks.
