AUGUSTA — The Sexual Assault Crisis and Support Center will hold a night of recognition at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, at the Senator Inn, Western Avenue.

The event will recognize community members and partners that have made a difference in the lives of children, adults and families affected by sexual abuse. Among the honorees will be Laura Benedict, owner of the Red Barn, who will receive the 2nd Annual Peter McAvoy Champion of Children Award.

The night will include the drawing of the $10,000 cash Raffle prize winner.
